Alameda Supports America's Cup
Are you a sailing syndicate looking for additional space? Need to set up a media base just a short speedboat ride from the action? Looking for a venue to host special events?
Alameda has so much to offer and is ready to help support San Francisco and the 34th America's Cup. We are only 2.4 miles by water from the tip of Alameda Point to the San Francisco Ferry Building.
We have literally acres of industrial and hangar space at Alameda Point, along with a vibrant maritime community including boat builders, ship repair, charter operators, ferry stations, and the regional headquarters for the US Coast Guard.
The City of Alameda's History of Cooperation
The City of Alameda welcomes you and we are here to help. Our City Council reaffirms its support and has created an America's Cup Committee to facilitate America's Cup-related opportunities. If you have plans, we are eager to hear them.
